Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Srinagar

Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your booked accommodation. After some time to relax, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, a walk along the lake and a local food experience. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2 – Srinagar Local Sightseeing

Visit Mughal Gardens, Shankaracharya Temple and local markets. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3 – Srinagar → Sonamarg → Kargil

Drive via Sonamarg and Zoji La Pass towards Kargil. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 4 – Kargil → Leh

Drive towards Leh via Lamayuru and Magnetic Hill. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5 – Leh Acclimatization & Monastery Visits

Visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Thiksey Monastery and Hemis Monastery. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 6 – Leh → Nubra Valley

Drive towards Nubra Valley via Khardung La. Enjoy the sand dunes and optional double-hump camel ride. Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 7 – Nubra → Pangong Tso

Drive towards Pangong Lake via the Shyok route. Enjoy the spectacular landscape and evening by the lake. Overnight near Pangong.

Day 8 – Pangong Tso → Leh

Return to Leh and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 9 – Leh – Departure

Breakfast and direct transfer to Leh airport for your onward journey.

Terms & Conditions

  • Extra person charges will be applicable as per the hotel/houseboat.
  • Horse riding, boat/ship rides, and garden entry fees are not included in the tour package.
  • Any additional activities or services not specifically mentioned under Inclusions will be charged separately.

Note: High-altitude acclimatization is essential. Route and mountain-pass access are subject to weather, road conditions and local regulations.

Flexible Duration: Days can be added or reduced according to customer requirements.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due two days before the travel date.
  • The booking will be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure transparency and provide clarity, please review the following cancellation terms.

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • 25% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee after confirmation.
  • 50% of the package cost will be charged for cancellations made before 15 days of the arrival date.
  • 75% of the package cost will be charged for cancellations made before 7 days of the arrival date.

2. Cancellation by Must Go Holidays

In the unlikely event that Must Go Holidays needs to cancel a travel package, a full refund will be issued to the client.Must Go Holidays reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings or external factors beyond its reasonable control.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the cancellation request in writing.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment.

4. Modifications & Postponements

  • Clients may request modifications to their travel package, including changing travel dates or substituting participants, subject to availability and applicable additional costs.
  • Requests for postponement will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional charges.

5. No-Show

Failure to arrive at the designated departure point on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

6. Force Majeure

Must Go Holidays will not be liable for cancellations, delays or modifications resulting from unforeseen events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Road closures
  • Civil disturbances
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
